We collect the following information by your request:
- Salutation, title, first name, last name
- Address
- E-mail address
- Telephone number (land line and/or mobile)
- Fax number (if applicable & desired)
All information required for the performance of the contract is collected as well.
The collection of personal data takes place
- so you can be identified as a customer;
- to provide you with appropriate advice;
- so we can meet our contractual obligations to you;
- so we can meet our legal obligations:
- for correspondence with you;
- for invoicing and in the dunning process;
- for the purpose of permissible direct advertising;
- to assert possible claims against you.

The processing of personal data takes place based on your enquiry submitted to us, and is required for the aforementioned purposes, to process your order, and to meet obligations arising from the underlying contract.

The collected personal data are stored until the end of the statutory retention period for merchants (6, 8 or 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the contractual relationship ends) and subsequently erased. This does not apply in exceptional cases when we are bound by longer retention periods under tax or commercial law (according to the German Commercial Code (HGB), Criminal Code (StGB) or Tax Code (AO)) or when you have agreed to storage beyond the applicable retention period.

 

3. Transfer of data to third parties


Your data are generally not transferred to third parties. Exceptions to this apply only insofar as this is required for performance in the course of the contractual relationship with you. This includes in particular the transfer of data to service providers commissioned by us (processors) or other third parties whose activities are required for contractual performance (e.g. shipping companies or banks). Third parties may only use the transferred data for the stated purposes.

You as a data subject have various rights:
- Right of withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent given to us at any time. In this case, data processing based on the consent you withdraw may not continue in the future.
- Right to information: You can request information from us about your personal data processed by us. This includes in particular the purposes of data processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients if applicable, the storage duration, the origins of your data if applicable and, if applicable, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling as well as relevant information regarding the details.
